1. Definitions

• You must not already hold an existing cc6c9 Account. Only one Account per person is permitted. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated Funds may be forfeited.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current registration information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address.

cc6c9 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued Philippine ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, SSS/GSIS ID, or Voter's ID). Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by cc6c9 may result in Account suspension or closure.

4. Account Security & Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your cc6c9 Account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered Philippine mobile number.

• You must not share your Account credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• You must not allow any other person to access or use your cc6c9 Account.
• You must notify cc6c9 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account by contacting our 24/7 support team via live chat.
• cc6c9 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized Account access where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.
• cc6c9 support staff will never ask for your password via any communication channel. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

cc6c9 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account that it reasonably believes has been compromised, is being accessed by an unauthorized party, or is being used in a manner inconsistent with these Terms.

5. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

cc6c9 supports the following payment methods for Filipino players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and Visa. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

• Minimum deposit: ₱500 per transaction, subject to change at cc6c9's discretion with prior notice.
• Withdrawal processing: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take 1–3 business days.
• Verification requirement: Withdrawals may be subject to identity verification. cc6c9 reserves the right to request supporting documents before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawal method: Funds may only be withdrawn to a payment method previously used to deposit into your cc6c9 Account, subject to the same account holder name.
• Bonus funds: Bonus balances are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Refer to the specific promotion terms for applicable requirements.
• Inactive accounts: Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee of ₱100 per month, deducted from the Account balance, until the balance reaches zero or the Account is reactivated.

cc6c9 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from accounts belonging to other persons will be returned and may result in Account suspension.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

cc6c9 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Bonuses are available to Players who have completed identity verification and are in good standing with cc6c9.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per Player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless otherwise stated.

7. Gaming Rules & Fair Play

All Games available on the cc6c9 Platform operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently audited to ensure fairness and unpredictability of outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in real time and are subject to the same fairness standards.

• Game outcomes are final once confirmed by the cc6c9 system. cc6c9 will not reverse a completed game result except in cases of a verified technical malfunction.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, cc6c9 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the Player's Account balance.

8. Prohibited Activities

• Registering more than one Account, whether under your own name or any alias.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or place wagers.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting strategy designed to exploit the Platform.
• Attempting to launder money or use the cc6c9 Platform for any illegal financial activity. cc6c9 complies with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations and will report suspicious activity to the appropriate authorities.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform. Any such vulnerability must be reported to cc6c9 support immediately.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward cc6c9 staff or other Players.

9. Responsible Gaming

11. Limitation of Liability

• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any Game.

cc6c9's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of Funds held in your Account at the time the claim arises. Nothing in these Terms limits cc6c9's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

13. Amendments to These Terms

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Nothing in this clause prevents cc6c9 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.
